The week leading up to the Sony Experience show I was hearing a lot of chatter about a so called Respawn announcment.  Some people were saying it was a new IP that they were working on and others were saying it was a TitanFall 2 announcment for the PS4.  Did any of this actually happen or did the internet lie to me again.  If so I hate you internet.

I think Shinobi confirmed that the Respawn thing had nothing to do with Titanfall... Although I don't know if they even had any impact at the show...

The Internet lied to you again, there were so many rumors that turned out to be false. Out of all the rumors SFV was the only one that proved true. The hype put a damper on the show for me.

Don't try to pull that on a forum that hasn't seen your posting history on N4Gs. 'The hype put a dampener on the show for me'. No, the brand put a dampener on the show for you.

The last guardian

Agent

Titanfall 2

Crash

Rachet and Clank

Horizon

Another huge 3rd party exclusive in addition to SFV

That was just overhype by some over zealous fans. Best to ignore the speculation when it comes to gaming events. 

None of those games where scheduled to be there. You could make a list 20 times longer than that if you tried harder and checked all the 'rumour' threads. But they're coming and on top of all the games that DID get announced for next year. Enjoy your XB1. There are plenty of games for that too and I'm sure you'll be heariing about them soon.

I think it just shows Sony and Respawn are talking.
It may not mean titanfall 2 exclusive, it just means whatevers next for respawn will also come to ps4.
