For a fairer comparison, I calculate 5 weeks of VGC data for each month.

November 2013:

74772 + 59435 + 72303 + 103633 + 230081 = 540224

November 2014:

57372 + 61992 + 89548 + 149031 + 352519 = 710426

710426 / 540224 *100% ≈ 131.5% 

Thats a  total 31.5% increase in November.

December 2013:

185716 + 264799 + 342473 + 232222 +117237 = 1142447

If December 2014 continue with 31.5% increase rate, we'll have 147868 units sold WW for this December.

Some may argue that last November's sales were heavily affected by PS4/XB1 launch and thus the actual increase rate should be smaller than 31.5%.

Do you still think Wii U will have a  30%+ increase in this December? Or even 50%+?

I think it will be bumped up greatly. Also thank Mario Kart and Smash for the greater sales this year

Still doomed sadly as a 50% increase isn't going to be much of an increase for Wii U. At least i'm enjoying mine that is all that matters lol.

Well having MK8 and SSBU will do that. Nonetheless congrats to the Wii U. It'll probably come last this generation in sales, but it has done very well in the games department.

Overtracked slightly imo. To be fair I think all the consoles were overtracked. But if none of them were overtracked, then that is amazing for everyone :). I am just slightly pessimistic eh.

Not enough, from dismal to merely low sales. It's surprising how much people's idea of good sales can be reset to such low expectations. Wii U needed 100% increase just to reach the level of OK.

I would very much like for Wii U to be the number 2 selling console for the generation. But with this sort of performance there is just no way for it to happen.

VGC numbers for Nov 14 haven't been verified by NPD yet, and VGC has a fairly long history of overtracking Wii U sales in the US (its largest market), so I'd wait until after NPD is released before looking at any trends.

Its sales in Japan have halved (80k -> 40k) Nov 13 to Nov 14, which are numbers that you can rely upon fairly well given they are verified by other trackers. Even in light of a trend away from home consoles in Japan, it seems unlikely sales outside of Japan would have the complete opposite trend. More likely its around flat from last year, and we'll have wait until NPD or the next quarterly report to correct.
