Is anyone shocked by this? Just another reason for me to personally dislike the Xbox brand.

it seems the XBLIG programm just had no division that assumed responsibility, so even minimal support had been absent for over a year and has just been reinstalled a few weeks back (and now one person has to work through 2 1/2 years worth of requests)
the problem that led to missing payments has seemingly been delt with, but devs have to wait "a couple of weeks" to actually receive their money

Surely MS has an explanation for this though? I dont see why they would purposefully with hold payment...
I agree that this is silly and plain unacceptable.
With that said, there is usually something stupid behind something like this. I would doubt it has any thing to do with M$ intentionally not paying them. It is probably something to do with a systems glitch or even the almighty human error.
Too bad something this stupid can ruin the currently magical glow around M$ business practices as of late.
