Ubisoft in an atempt to recover from all the bad press and death curse from all disgrunted Sony fans that can't accept ps4 version having the same resolution than X1 version decided to release a patch thrustworthy insider irarrefnod confirmed us, his proven record can be checked on the leak of GTA V ps2 edition and Undead Agent exclusive for Vita.

 

Ubisoft plan to release in time for Sony Experience Event a "make ammends gift" to all supportive and vocal Sony fans. This patch will make Ps4 display the game in raytracing technology 4k resolution, partial mapping super sampling texture and 32xMSAA.

 

They also plan to release an exclusive edition for ps4 to launch on christma "Assassins Creed: Unity - Screensaver Edition".

They swear it have no impact in framerate although a week before saying they couldn't raise the resolution because of ai of npc. So they just get lost.

Even if this was real, I think Sony fans have had enough of ubisoft.
