People on gaf seem really pessimistic about PS4

$329 vs. $399 and anecdotal pics and comments. This is despite PS4 being on top everywhere online it seems

Yea that's because almost everyone of them who goes in to the stores see x1 selling out way faster and more people picking up x1 instead of the ps4.

ps4 may show its ahead online but at the stores that's a whole different story.

That's what I'm saying. They are all anecdotes, mostly coming from Xbox fans. What we can prove right now is that PS4 is dominating online retailers, everything else is guesswork

Anecdotally, only 1 console was purchased in this house yesterday (PS4), so PS4 wins November ;)

You should see the top sellers list on Gamestop's website. PS4 is really killing it.

#1 GTA V + TLOU bundle
#4 LBP3 + Lego family bundle
#13 AC X1 bundle
#32 Holiday PS4 bundle
#47 Standalone PS4 (Okay, seriously. Why are people buying the standalone SKU?)

And most lack the ability to get 100 sales fast is nothing to 1000 sales over the weekend.  I saw stacks of PS4, where there would be only one Xbox stack.  Ms blew their load quick out of desperation for a sales win, sony kept quiet and will let stock bring them the win.  Two different ways to go about things.  Will be interesting to see who actually out sales who.  But all signs point to X1 selling faster while there is much more stock of PS4s.

Well XB1 is bundled with a broken AC game and a last-gen AC game.

I'd personally pick the PS4 bundle.

Just got back fro my shopping for refrence im in New Orleans LA. Walmart near me 3 XB1s AC+Kinect no PS4s at all even standalones gone. Base excha ge had a pile of about 30 XB1AC bundles and what appeared to be and endless supply of other combos No GTA PS4s and 4 stand alones 1 LBP bundle. I was really confused after reading all the reports on gaf but I guess its diff in diff regions.
