Got my Vita, the box, and the receipt. Do I get to keep the Vita? Because I still kinda like it. Bought it on day one.

Oh, I made a thread waaaaaay back when the Vita launched saying that the ads were misleading. They made it seem like people could play online multi-player on like the bus ride to work. People believed it was possible w/ a 3G vita for months.

How are EU laws stupid? Europe has the best laws to protect the rights of its citizens.

I'm aware of that. Still doesn't make it inherently bad, some people are into that.

I have two Vitas, so does that mean I get $100 back? 

Also opening the FTC site they show the advertisment and it shows how Sony said remote play your PS3 games, which you can only remote play a small handful of them.  Killzone 2/3 is shown in the video like it usually is and it's still not playable through remote play.  Also I want even more money back because of that crappy tagline.  Never stop playing?  BS.  I stop playinig all the time.  I definitely stop playing new games because the system is full of ports.
