With all of the hype coming directly from developers and them all but outright saying they have new games to announce yeah, I would say so, but as always happens with these things we won't know for sure until the Keynote's aired. Super Secret Game kinda says that there will be at least one too me.
I'd say that during each developer's segment there's a chance of some new announcement, obviously not all of them and most likely not in the ones that already have a game announced. In that last live stream on Saturday at 5, you know the one that says Inside the Developers Studio I think there's a chance there.
