Yeah it's gotten ridiculous. Just because Sony tweeted a picture of Crash doesn't mean we're getting a new game. I mean they've been tweeting old Playstation games all day.

I hope they add great things that were in the posterior games in this "new" version (I don't know what to call it :P). Plus, Insomniac said that it'll have top tier graphics, and I'm very curious to see how a powerful cartoon game would look on the PS4 (besides Knack there's not other examples of it).

Nah, a Titanfall 2 announcement seems way too early due to just 1 studio working on the franchise (as far as we know), but I can see them confirming future installments for PS4. It wouldn't surprise me if they are there to announce Titanfall 1 for PS4. I know that EA signed a lifetime deal with Microsoft for Titanfall 1 but I wouldn't be surprised if they signed a deal which says they can release it on other platforms if it doesn't hit a certain amount of sales within a specific timeframe. Or they are there just for the panel...

Can't think of anything else but Titanfall 2, they had an interview with Eurogamer stating the future installments could be multiplatform.
