Just thought I'd start a thread talking about the fun and interesting things to do with Amiibo other than use them in Smash bros.
Here are just a few of the things I'd like to do
-Take pictures of my Luigi amiibo planking everywhere
-Get a Pokeball display case for Pokemon Amiibo, press a button and the ball opens with your Pokemon Amiibo inside!
- get/make an Amiibo Christmas ornament
- get/make an Amiibo Keychain
-Use them as board game pieces, maybe integrate some Amiibo vs Amiibo Smash bros play into other party games
-Wager Amiibos at local tournaments (e.x. If I win, I get your amiibo, if you win you get mine etc.)
-Once they hit their level max, "retire" them to the Curio cabinent -- kind of like a real life Smash Bros trophy room!
-Hide them in weird places that will freak people out when they find them(I figure that's pretty much anywhere you'd put a Tom Nook/Villager amiibo)
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
