Forums - Gaming - The most important week of the year isn't the BlackFriday week...

You think that is most important:

Week of Black Friday 3 14.29%

Week before christmas 17 80.95%

Total:20

The BlackFriday week is maximum the 2° week most important of year, but ISN'T THE FIRST!

The most important week of the year, is the week before chrismas.

Ineed:

DS have sold more than 2M in two week, and this two week was the third week of December.

Also, the PS3 have sold 1M only the week before chrismas, not the blackfriday!

So, the week most important of year is the week before chrismas.

EDIT: also, i'm sure that PS4 will sell more in this week.

I haven't looked at any numbers besides what you said but I'd agree.

Black Friday would most likely be more important in the USA (and maybe close in Canada), but not so much worldwide.

In the US yeah, but globally NOPE.

Look this:

2,102,316 (+24%) 90,854,413

Have a console ever sold this number the BlackFriday week?

Just nope.

For sure! It's pretty intense numbers to say the least :)

Yeah you're right. I always forget how huge sales are in that week.

Well yeah, because Christmas exists in more places than Black Friday does.
