So, both XB1 and PS4 sold ~347k?

That's pretty bad, something like 142k for XB1 and 204k for PS4.

Nah, he was going up to 72.5% when he did that calculation, not 75%. Think the roof is like 480k.

SHOTZ FIRED

Gaf hates chartz.

Yeah I know, kinda makes sense though with all the stuff VGC gets wrong. Just letting you know that if a poster on Neogaf gives insight on sales, he's most likely a good source. Anyone who spreads bs is immediately banned.

Who did?

I got to that number by using the 70% increase talked in venture beat.

It's over 70%. So could be 70,5%, 71%, 72% or even 73,5%
And one % more or less makes a huge differenc

What numbers did u use for ur math?

Right, I missed the part that said over, sorry =P

Yeah, something 73%-75% makes more sense.

I added NPD numbers of 360 from launch to October 2006 and PS3's numbers from launch to October 2007, got the 70% of said number, added them all up and got the difference between the PS4+XB1 numbers.

Those PS4 & XB1 numbers I posted became after using proportions, from the numbers chartz has to the one I got.

Edit:

So, if its 73% then the number is something like 484k (199k for XB1 & 284k for PS4)

If it was 75% then its something like 582k (213k XB1, 342K PS4)
