Final Fantasy VI

Yes!

Hint for #4:

Once an exclusive, this game was ported over to a rival system, then to the original console's successor, then to just about every platform on planet Earth.

Hint for the game #3: Third game in the franchise sees a return to the same galaxy as the first game, even returning to some planets.

Mass Effect 3?

Not that one. It's more like 10 years ago "old".

Mmmm.

After cross-referencing several lists on Wikipedia, what you entered in your game collection here on VGC and my own memory...

Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal?

#4 was Uncharted 3. Yes I liked it better than 2 and think it's MUCH more fun in replays. I judge sequels without thinking of their predecessors though. In other words it's not about how much you improve on your predecessor for me. It's about how much fun I have if I just play a game without any other game in the series in mind. Uncharted 3 is just plain better. Better set-pieces, better villains, better supporting characters, better story arc, better writing, better gameplay. Not much better and the train is still the single greatest set-piece in the series but still it's better.

#3 is another threequel. It involves a female "antagonist" with a horse.

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island

System: Super Nintendo Entertainment System, GameBoy Advance, Nintendo 3DS
   Genre: 2D Platformer
   Year: 1995
   Rank last year: 4 (=)

People always talk about Super Mario World, but that game is not the best 2D platformer. They talk about Super Mario Bros. 3 (#10) and, though I hold that game in a very high esteem as well, it isn't the best either. No, it is the prequel that is titled as if it were a sequel; Yoshi's Island. The best, when it comes to 2D platforming.

The game has such brilliant level design, that every one of them is a treat. The character Yoshi's mechanics are perfect for adding new challenges and new levels of depth to each level compared to the 'standard' run and jump mechanics of other platforming games. Not to mention, the game looks absolutely gorgious and the crayon-style is utterly timeless. It still looks good. Then there's the music, again, perfectly fitting and catchy. This game has polish, which all other games envy.

Game 5 - The judges will punish you, literally.
Game 4 - Detras de ti imbecil.
Game 3 - Be USA or Mexico, you just don't mess with the protagonist family (even if you are a zombie).

4. Resident Evil 4

3. Red Dead Redemption
