#21 - Diablo III: Reaper of Souls
I've had a bit of a love-hate relationship with Diablo III. At first, I really loved the game and played it with all classes but then unlike Diablo II, I quickly found myself bored of the end-game. The drops were overwhelmingly bad and when you got something good it often didn't fit with your character, the legendary items were poor and you ended up only grinding for gold to buy good stuff in the aunction house.
Then came the expension Reaper of Souls, Loot 2.0 and the removal of the aunction house. All my prayers were answered! I got a kick ass new class (Crusader), hunting for loot was fun again and legendary items were finally worthy of their name. Further patches added even more replayability and helped keep this game feeling fresh and interesting.

#20 - Super Mario 3D World
I wasn't one of those who doubted this game when it was revealed, the prospect of multiplayer 3D Mario was really interesting to me from the get go but I was still surprised by the sheer amount of creativity to be found in this game. Each level is packed with new ideas, each of the characters has its special attribute, the new power-ups are really fun. The game is lengthy and provides a good challenge and it's 3D Mario unlike any other title before it.

#19 - Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
A landmark title, this game reinvented the Castlevania series for the better. A mix between Metroid and classic Castlevania, the game features RPG elements and is a awesome from start to finish. Yes, it features attrocious voice acting but it's all part of the charm of the game. As Alucard, you have to navigate through your father's castle which is huge and filled with secrets and when you think it's all over, surprise, there's a whole new castle to explore.

#18 - Donkey Kong Country Returns
Retro Studios reviving the incredible Donkey Kong Country series? This game could only be good and it was! With intelligent level design, that same old DKC challenge, tons of levels to search through. You could go through the game by simply beating the stages but I took great pleasure in collecting all the KONG letters to unlock the infamous K-levels which were crazy tests for my platforming abilities.

#17 - The first of four true TR titles on my list (Lara Croft Isometric game is a bit lower). My wife and I really love the series, and the true show of enjoyment is when we replay the game several times.

I agree the All-Cup Tour was probably the most fun thing about Double-Dash!
