Yeah it is. Mega Man 2 is the only one I actually have, and thus the only one I actually played... I'm never very original in these things .

#26 - I bought this game because of its silliness, expecting nothing, and ended up loving it...

The gameplay is great, it's highly replayable....oh, and certainly invites some very exciting cosplay
