Do either of you know how the top sellers hourly works in that case? Will the pre orders made count as sales on the chart? But they won't count in Novembers NPD if they only ship Dec 2nd?

Sony still have the regular PS4 and the Lego + LBP3 bundle at $399. But what you say would be a good idea only if they have plenty of it in stock. Destiny is selling well again so no point cutting the price if they'll shift them anyway. 

EDIT: I wonder if sales will transfer to the other bundles or will people be happy with pre ordering it and buying on the 2nd.

What you're saying is 100% true.

Whether those sales will be moved to December or not, consumers can still buy the GTA V + TLOU bundle on Amazon. The difference is that those who buy it now will get their bundles later than those who already purchased one. It's not a big deal since the bundle is not "sold-out" sold-out. It's only temporarily out of stock.
