The first person is a nice touch, but i doubt they wrote a new story to finish off the mess they had, it just went nowhere and felt like no progression. Buying businesses also had no point, there were no true missions for any of them and they provided so little cash to the player for buying them it was a waste. There should be a way to make money in the late game without getting lucky on the stock market, or looking online when to invest all your money during the assassination missions.

Lets also talk about why all your characters in the game run a like a 400pound man who has never left his house, maxing stats did nothing to fix this either. The cops were also broken last i played, shooting your gun off or blowing up your car in the middle of nowhere was bound to bring in 2-3 stars. Also the constant police helicopters, was a bit insane considering your character moves so slow.
