One store sold 30k copies?

Where did they store these games? An actual warehouse at the back of those store?

A buddy of mine also works in Gamestop and he said they sold 50,000 copies just on PlayStation 4. In fact, nobody was buying the Xbox version so they are now burning them to heat the building and save on bills. Needless to say, I don't believe you.

Yeah, no kidding.  I think he meant "$30,000" when he said 30k, not pieces sold, but sales dollars generated.  No way in heck a single GameStop store sold anything remotely near 30,000 copies of any game, ever.

The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.

sales came from consoles too, but where sold because of the game.
