3DO has the greatest quanity of decent to great games. While Jaguar has the highest amount of decent to good exclusives or in some cases the definitive version. Vitual Boy had the best ratio of good to bad games of any system. Why wasn't the 32x added as it clearly falls inline with the rest of the list?

The 32X is really on that line of console and add on, I was really on the fence about putting on here eventually I decided against it.
