exactly. MS should be worried that SOny is hanging in there by literally doing nothing. 

Yes, people are forgetting Sony is in the lead and have all the momentum, not ms.  Ps4 is not gonna stop seeing because x1 is 350.

Meanwhile SOny are offering (in the US) a Destiny bundle well past it's peak and a standalone bundle for launch price. Yes there are other  old bundles but they're not selling. 

Consumers are now buying X1's in massive numbers and time will tell if these are people who were going to get it anyway but have jumped the gun since deals are so good now. Either way the fact is MS so far in nov are heavily outselling the PS4 and will likley do so for at least another week or two. 

What I can't get my head around is how Sony haven't announced anything new yet. Why not promote a LBP + Singstar bundle for $350? Or a Far Cry 4 and/or GTA 5 bundle? They have the deals for these games amd publish some of them yet they've been going all Johnny Tightlips on us. 

I know Sony can afford to lose Nov and even December but Jesus Christ they will make back a 50$ hit with PS Plus subscriptions and software sales. Case in point are the agressive Bundles that the EU have anounced. SCEA need to wake up or run the risk of losing all momentum.

Most probably Sony is going to sell all that it can produce even at the current price, at least for BF and Xmas. A first price cut later, during 2015, shouldn't to be ruled out, though, but only BF, Xmas and after Xmas sales will determine when. Anyhow, even without an official permanent cut, official special offers and bundles are possible and likely too, unofficial ones are almost sure.

I get what your saying but would that really be a good business decision for them? Cause firstly, winning 2/3 isn't really a bad thing, secondly its not like they will sell 0 consoles in NA cause most likely, it will be close. I really don't think they need to something aggressive until at least 2015 to counteract the price cut cause I think in the eyes of many, the ps4 will still be a better solution and whatever sales they will lose, imo, will be less than what they will gain through just making profit off of per console sold. (If that makes any sense). They will eventually do a price cut but I really don't think that the ps4's momentum will be that drastically stopped cause of this. At its worse, it will lose in one territory and at its best, it will win in all


agree with sme of that but MS will get a massive PR bost in December after they take Nov. I think SOny are better taking the 50$ hit and seling way more consoles. They will easily make it back multiple times with PS Plus subs, software sales and accesories. 


I think people are making to much out of ms winning a month. If it's such a massive thing for ms to win the month then what does it mean that ps4 won that last nine or whatever it is now

Sony doesn't have to do anything. Just because X1s are selling doesn't mean that PS4s are suddenly gonna stop selling. Plus we could still see them launch something closer to black Friday like they normally do
