PS3 launch date: November 11, 2006, Including Six axis controller 

Wii Launch date:  November 19, 2006 Including Wiimote controller.

 It doesn't, you are the one making a big deal about what I said. All I am saying it, Sony wouldn't talk bad about motionsensor because they have it in their own controller since launch.

But they're clearly devaluing the innovative controller in that quote.

And from the second source:

Now I wonder why that would be. Clearly they believed the wiimote was just a gimmick.
