Forums - Gaming - How Sony Increased the Gap of OS Gaming Features with PS4 in Less Than A Year...

Why is such a shitty, clearly baiting thread full of misinformation from a guy whom doesn't even game on an Xbox one still open? Close it and let him make it in the Sony section without any stupid (and incorrect) jabs at the Xbox One and its user base here.

Honestly, how is any good discussion going to come from such a laughable OP.

You do have to admit that the XBOX ONE os is more organized and has more ease of use. Also getting more updates is also true! I will admit its faster of PS4 but 10 clicks vs 3, well slower or not its still more easier no navigate around.

What do you do to need 10 clicks? I can't even imagine.

First... show what is misinformation? Everything I listed is true. If you show what is incorrect myself will ask to close.

I opened the thread to show how Sony evoluted from the launch and increased the gap in gaming features over the competition.

Yeap there are exceptions and this specific case is ridiculous.

The game full game have ~10GB of content... the physical disc have ~5GB and the patch (addictional content) have 4.7GB... it is ridiculous for me that it is not a patch but the content of the game delivered by patch.

The messaging system and friends list on PS4 is terrible. The loading of your friends has got better since the patch but sometimes before the patch i couldn't even load my friends list along with my notifications, and the messages take me 15 seconds to load (its used to take 5 seconds before patch), and a lot of people say it takes close to a minute to load theirs.

It was not the app but the Sony's servers connection... it the servers are fast the message is crazy fast.

Thats the problem right there, Sony's servers have been shocking since the PS4 release and that reflects badly on several applications on the OS as they require servers to run properly. They should have done it like the PS3 where messages, trophies and the your friends list were all running on the system so you don't have to download it from their crappy servers every time you open them up.

you should see how slow messages are with me. sometimes like 5 minutes till they all load up. i get a message, go to see it and have to wait shit loads of time till i can see it. OS is fantastic, friends and messages are horrid.

You're goddam right, etho. I love the PS4 OS and it has loads of great features!

now we just need project morphues to hit, GG's new IP and Uncharted 4. then i would be so happy.

what do they have that xbox one doesn't out side of shareplay? The Xbox one OS has always been lightning fast and as stripped down as the ps4 OS is you would think it should have been also
