looks like it, almost a month waiting for it and nothing for a release date, (Heck it doesnt even appear on novembers free PS+ games)...

They're going to keep working on the servers and when they are 100% they will release the PS+ version. Unfortunate but understandable since releasing the PS+ version now would make the servers worse for paying customers.

I suspect I am wasting my time writing a serious response here, but I imagine Sony don't want to give a solid release date on the PS+ edition as then they have a deadline that they may well miss; it will be released when it is ready to be released and no sooner than that. The problems surrounding the launch of this game are inexcusable and as such I imagine Evolution do not want to make the experience worse for paying customers who are of course the priority here. Also, I have to say that your thread title is ridiculous and made me want to dismiss you entirely as soon as I read it.

Lame excuse. They can always just disable the online features for ps+ version and I am fine with it. Or give something equal as compensations but after a month waiting NOTHING. I can see this service getting worse and worse.

I don't play MP. I bought ps+ for driveclub and save and both failed (if by some reason your data in cloud is corrupted they can't recover older versions)
