But you just confirmed what I just said -_- It's a cutscene/trailer, rendered in real time, and in-engine. Sure it's a cutscene from the game, and the cutscene isn't pre-rendered, but it's not the actual game it self, as in it's not gameplay. You can't say that "it looks polished" when you have nothing to go by except an in-engine cutscene.

No More Pre-Rendered Cutscenes From Naughty Dog Starting With Uncharted 4 – Report [Update]

Yeah, I know. That's what in-engine and in real time means. It's still a cutscene.

BTW check the bolded.

That I fear most.

What is it you fear most? Real-time cutscenes (cutscenes that aren't pre-rendered)?

Real time cutscenes are always welcome. But Sony has a habit to deceive us. Many sSony first party games have deceived us. I remember seeing a mouse cursor at then end of god of war ascension ending. I dont want to be by deceived something that was created in a powerful PC.

Right, except Corrine Yu who said it's an in-engine, REAL GAME level.  Stop clutching at straws, this issue's already been confirmed by Naughty Dog.  You made a poor comparison.

I'm not the one clutching at straws here... Again, it's an in-engine cutscene from the game. Does that mean that the entire game, including GAMEPLAY, is on the same level?

Do you seriously think the entire game is polished on the level of that teaser? Do you seriously think that we can judge the current state of the entire game, based on that one teaser?

If you answer yes to all of the above, why don't they release it this winter? Because in that case the game is done. If you answer yes to one and two, but not three, then you're a hypocrite. If you answer no to all, then you agree with me, and I don't understand why the hell you're arguing about this.

Yawn, it's an in-game level, confirmed by 3 employees.  Not sure why it bother's you so much, but I guess that's your problem.  Beyond that, they work on their schedule, not yours, or mine.  Either way, your comparison, again, was poor and rightfully shot down.  Gonna go finish my coffee now.

Nice job to dodge the questions I asked. If your issue really is that I said that TLG also had a teaser "that looked pretty polished", then you clearly misunderstood the point of why I brought it up. It was just to illustrate that there's no way to tell if the actual game (and all of it, not just what was used in a cutscene) is polished from a short teaser.

But why can't you answer my question. Do you actually think we can know wether the entire game is polished based on the trailer we saw?

I don't work for Naughty Dog, that much should be apparent by now.  Then again, neither do you (even more apparent).  So, you're asking questions I would never, ever, have access to the answers.  So, you know, why not just ask a magic 8-ball?  Or pick up a phone and call Naughty Dog's offices and interview them.  Comparing the UC launch cycle to that of TLG, as I said, was a silly comparison, considering 2 Uncharted's (By Naughty Dog) and The Last Of Us, have launched, since the TLG teaser trailer.

I never compared the launch cycle of UC 4 to that of TLG. I used it as an example (an extreme example sure) that you can't predict when a game will launch just by using a teaser, whether the teaser is in-game or not. You completely missed tge point of why I brought up TLG.
