@bold it wouldn't, Sony will still have to pay the publisher for all the copies "sold" even if they aren't paid for.

Don't see how they could suspend your account. You selected something called free demo and then you go to the next page and click confirm.

I wouldn't trust it after what happened to me.

PSN had Rayman 3 HD in the free to play section and the whole time said it was free until after everything was done and downloading, I suddenly got a notice about my purchase of the game for $5.99. I checked my PSN account and it did take funds out of my account. Called Sony up and they couldn't do anything about it except right after that call the Rayman game was taken off the free to play section.

There is a few more steps than this which need to be done and it has to be done on a web browser, not the psn store on the Vita/Ps3

Worth pointing out btw, the port on the Vita is fantastic, and it does actually include a ps3 licence with the vita version for the 18euros or so it costs. If you haven't experienced MC at some point already I would definately give this a recommendation.

The deal on Mojang isn't finalized yet so it wouldn't be MS right away who have beef here, but saying that if it's Sonys mess up giving the licences away like this then they are definately liable to pay the publisher for the game sales.

Since Sony loses money on this and MS none I don't see why they would sue. I rather guess that MS had a good laugh about it.
