I know Ninja Gaiden has shipped 800k units worldwide. Tecmo had to have made some good profits from this game with thos numbers.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma's data is already correct. Temco was reporting the number of units sold to retailers, whereas VGchartz reports numbers sold to costumers. In addition, the numbers you're posting are outdated. Tecmo reported those numbers way back in August, 2007. The latest numbers we have are 800k; those are also sold to retailers, not sold to customers. There's no need for ioi to adjust the data unless he has data from "Others". It's not like it matters, though, because Tecmo's money comes from the amount of copies sold to retailers, so it's not like the game bombed. I sure Tecmo made a healthy profit from this game.
