The fact that the dev didn't want to talk about it means that something is not 1080p. It might be one of those cases where they never mention the resolution and let people find out on their own I could see MS asking for that if devs refuse parity.

Maybe it just such a shitty question to be asked when you are trying to talk about your game and give details about features, gameplay and content and all they are interested in is a resolution war that you don't want to get into.
