SoM (best selling LotR game in the UK to date).
FarCry4 (FC3 did 1.5m on PS3 with two less weeks than FC4 has)

Whatever other games I might be forgetting.

So yeah, I think 20m is guaranteed.

I pretty much agree with all your assesments other than Madden which I believe will fall just short.
