Seriously, people are getting butthurt because a game DOESN'T look better on PS4 for once?? Come on, and to people saying the XB1 is "underpowered", EVERY gen has a weaker console.

It used to. It is Microsoft this gen for Assassin's Creed, Sony with Watch Dogs. Though Sony doesn't pay for the One version to be 600p.

That's nice and all but if you read, it clearly says:

That's pretty damn clear to me.

Do you even know what you are talking about? Being CPU bound would only affect the framerate, not resolution. IF One is able to play this game at 900p PS4 is able to play it at 1080p. Period. They even say that the reason is to prevent the debate but everyone knows the real reason.
