I believe thare are people gaming in old TVs there is even a guy trying to use PS4 in a CRT weeks ago.

What I don't believe is that most people plays on 720p HDTVs... it is the opposite... most plays in 1080p HDTVs.

While I DO actually believe that the CPU is a limiting factor in both consoles (remember, both have six cores for games, both are x86, and the Xbox One is clocked only marginally faster), I have to agree that the statement to avoid debates was the worst verbal slip to make.

In other words, I think there really IS a CPU factor to account for since the two current gen twins are in near parity there, with the Xbox One having maybe a few percent in advantage. But unfortunately, now everyone will just focus on the worst PR statement to be made during one of the most "graphics biased" generations of all time.

maybe you all got it wrong.  Its the PS4 holding the game back.

Well AC has been trash over the last few entries. It was hard enough to finish AC3..

I really want them just shut the fuck up about resolution & frame rate before coming out, enough of stupid excuse, it's getting old & it kills interest. Seriously.

29 pages of debate about their choice to stop debate. Heck maybe ubisoft should come up with an idea to get rid of their money... could be billionaires by tomorrow.

Same resolution does not mean same level of graphics or "parity".

PS4 will, per usual, have better things like textures, and probably a more stable framerate too. But these do not matter because it's 900p? Maybe the game looks way better than AC4 and this is all a bunch of nothing.

PC version it is!
