I've been playing for the past 4 days and I'm close to mastering Medium. Is that any good? I really want to get better ( at least Hard ) in order to get online.
How long did it take you to pass each difficulty level? |
Look at it like this. Difficulty changes are exponential. Every difficult doubles the difficulty of the same song on the previous difficulty. One by Metallica will be twice as difficult on Hard as it is on Medium. It will be 4 times as difficult on Expert as it is on Medium. The difficult increases are GOOD though, because it makes the game have a TON of replay value. This isn't a game your gonna be able to master in a couple of weeks of playing, unless you don't sleep during those two weeks and eat during load times. It's like a MMO based on skill. You can wow your friends with a lot of practice, or have fun with them, with just a little practice. Really great game, wish I could go back and play the previous installments. |
Ouchh! Four times harder? I guess I have a lot of practise to do :) Anyways, I agree. This is a game I'll play for months to come a little at a time and eventually ( I hope ) I'll get to Expert. I seem to be having a bit of a problem in solos but I'm working on it. I have to get ***** on Cliffs of Dover! |
Cliffs is a GREAT song.
Don't ever get discouraged and say "my pinky just won't work like that" or "I'll never do this, I just lose my place."
EVERYBODY thinks that their first time. It just takes practice and patience. Once you reach a plateau in skill, take a break for a day or two, and when you come back fresh, you'll probably surpass your expectations. Its actually like really learning a difficult motor skill, it takes a lot of practice and patience.
I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.
NO NO, NO NO NO.
