Just quickly popping by before my lessons so I don't have time to do my full analysis yet but I'd like to point out here that I'm currently living in Japan which puts me at GMT+9 for my time zone. I was thus far "inactive" because I was sleeping because you were all posting at about 4/5 in the morning for me. Please be more considerate of people outside of you own time zone, one of the things I used to hate when I played was being accused because I was simply sleeping...

My apologies, thanks for keeping tabs on things and I look forward to seeing a larger analysis shortly. Hopefully some of the other inactive users are in a similar scenario. Probably best for now I just leave things as they are, for a little while at least, so everyone can have their say.

I'm going to try to not post too much during my work hours this time. Last game, mafia took more of a bite of my work day than I'm comfortable with. Can't do it again, though once the game gets rolling I probably will anyway. But you're right, the game needs more active players.

I have a couple of observations made so far, so I'll add some thoughts later today after I have gotten home and eaten some food, but in all fairness, it's not much to work off of yet :/

Finally able to access the site. I'm going to read this through and see what I missed

ok, so some general early observations...

Smeags is being funny, but not everyone has enough experience with the game or him to get it, so the result causes some unneeded confusion. That's not what we need. It would be one thing if it was just some joking around, but when people start trying to fish for the doctor (white and cone) 2 hours into the game, it's not doing town any favors. Can't really say anything for sure right now, probably just messing around, but I did notice that when it was clear that White was getting confused he decided to reinforce the confussion rather than clear it up.

The other little peculiarity was the EricFabian and Conegamer squabble over Erics vote on Wright. I saw the vote as a clear joke and reference to the last game and found Conegamers inquiry sort of strange. It's possible he was just trying to drive some activity, which is a good thing, but this seemed like a weird thing to get into.

Also, EricFabian is very different from last game, sort of engaged, placing joke votes and what not. Seems more comfortable and confident, which seems like he is probably town. Could be he is just more used to the game of course, but I lean town on him for now.
