Again, role block doesn't stop you from going anywhere it stops your ability, you still target someone. Plus Ness is not going to have a track ability.  If anything you are the actual role blocker.

Whilst I agree Spurge is most likely mafia, I'd like to point out that we've had 3rd party poisoners before on VGChartz. One thing you need to quickly learn about mafia here is that it doesn't follow the wiki when it comes to meta. It'll give you an explanation on how the role works but it's far from the gospel on mafia roles. Hosts often like to mix roles up anyway, I came up with a (as far as I know) unique role in my LoL game which combined SK and Vigilante with a Cultist.
