Spurge claims that he saw Smeags visit Khan- the only concern we have is whether he's jester or not. I believe Spurge's claim- therefore I'm fairly confident he is town. Jesters cannnot visit people, so surely that must mean unless Smeags gives a believable claim, he is anti-town.

Scrambles stood on the balcony of the ballroom and sipped his tomato juice. It was gross, but it sure did help with hangovers. The noise from inside had been too chaotic, and was aggravating his senses. He was much happier outside, where a few couples flirted and told stories in the cool night air. He leaned on the railing, screwed the cap on his bottle and checked his watch. 11pm. He’d go to sleep soon.
As he surveyed the dimly lit arenas stretching out over the horizon, he heard a latch open, and the songs and laughter grew louder. The latch closed again, muffling it, followed by sturdy footsteps. Those weren’t dancing shoes, but the sound of a wooden soled dress shoe. It was someone important. He looked over his shoulder to see a security officer.
“Sir”
-“Yes?” Scrambles intoned.
“Sir, there’s been a break-in, following the events. Wario discovered a way to break into the vault through one of the exit tunnels.  Cameras show he stepped into a maintenance closet and then disappeared. Upon checking the room, a picture of his face had been scribbled on the floor in chalk, with a man-sized hole in the floor where one of his nostrils should be. The hole dropped right to the vault. We found a similar drawing on the ceiling of the vault, with a more graphic depiction and a rope hanging down.
He knew inviting Wario would be a mistake.
“Understood officer. Please keep me updated on any new information”.
It was unlikely they’d recover the treasure. Hopefully something was left, otherwise the winner of the games wouldn’t have anything to walk away with but pride from the win.

Scrambles brazenly walked into his office in full stride with a happy grin.
"sir!", the secretary called as he went by.
-"haha yes I know, there's trouble at every ball. What is it this time? A couple brawls? Some heavy intoxication? It's nothing to worry about whatever it is. I have a meeting in an hour and we're going to be hitting the links", he said, mimicking a golf club swing and pretending to watch it soar from his penthouse window view.
"Uh, sir? Well, it seems Rosalina has disappeared during the closing hours of the ball"
"haha, probably trying to score herself some power stars. We knew she had a problem but the higher ups said to invite her anyway. I'm sure there'll be press here to find out as soon as the doors open so if you don't mind, please call Reggie and let him know that I'll meet him there. I'll be leaving now."
-"Well, sir, we thought about that but then we found her personal star stuffed in a trash can. She wouldn't have just left it there"
-"Yes, sweetie all the more reason I should be going", he intoned sharply.

"Umm, there's one more thing sir. Apparently, a contestant was sent to the emergency room with complications resulting from acute food poisoning. The doctor's don't know what's the cause and it looks like he'll be dead by tonight!"

Scrambles looked at her helplessly.
He picked up his golf bag, brushed past her, and walked out and down the hall.
"Call my caddy and let him know I'm on my way."

He entered the elevator and pressed a button.
He worriedly approached the doors and sullenly replied, "don't you want to know who it was".
"There's no time. Handle things while I'm gone...and call nintendo and let them know.
-"but it was-"
The doors closed on her as she tried to blurt out the words.

Nicklesbe has been poisoned.
Noctis is dead. He was rosalina and star.

So I've been reading these things, and I can assume that White Eagle was Donkey Kong? Or is that a wrong assumption?

I don't know why you guys rushed day 2 so much. There really wasn't any need for that.

good riddance smeags, while you may have had your victory condition first.... eh who cares you had fun being annoying as hell I cant take that away from you. Though you owe plenty to spurge, had he not said he saw you, several of us would have been more reluctant to lynch your scum ass.

nox seems like a strange target for the night kill. he wasn't that active and has some suspicion on him. I don't recall him hinting at any role, that and the fact that everyone has a role I wonder if some scum plan failed.

nickles had twice proven his role and it was a role unlikely to be scum. so it's a shame he was poisoned. Good news is we do have another day where he can help investigate.

I'll be curious if Radish contacted anyone last night.

Khan don't reveal anything about your night actions until spurge says who he saw you target.

Until Spurge comes in here and says who khan targeted and khan confirms. In addiction to the fact he says he saw a jester target someone.
