Forums - Gaming - Another Destiny Review. (But shorter)

JeremyJahns is a cool reviewer that reviews movies and games. If you're still on the fence about Destiny, then check out his thoughts on the game. It'll take only 7mins of your time.

Around the Network

I already saw the review earlier and while I do agree with most of what he said, I still love playing the game.

Also, I'd be surprised if anyone is still on the fence regarding Destiny. The game has been so analyzed that everyone should have a pretty good idea about the game.

My sum up of destiny.

enemies always spawn in exactly the same place every single map. it doesn't matter what mission your doing there. Same as the player. For a game that is trying to promote large scale feeling, the player will always start the same place on the map for the 100th time.

Loot drops are random. Wtf. bungie look at Warframe to see how loot should be handled.

The whole way through the story your told " WE COULD TELL YOU, BUT CAN'T/WON'T. " It's like Activision said to bungie hey make sure all the storytelling is in paid dlc.

Yeah let's grind to get legendary weapons. wait what? The look the same as the normal guns.

Where is clan vs clan warfare to take or win sectors? See Warframe for how this is done.

The good? Controls are good and Martys music is great.

The games design needs a fundamental change. every single fight in the game is like this.

Find terminal, press controller button, cue horde mode from gears of war, rinse and repeat.

bungie look at Warframe, there's like 7 different types of missions from defense to rescue.

It's an embarrassing shame Bungie and Activision are making money from this while free games that are far better and take longer to finish won't make anywhere near that money.
