Last I knew MC was chosen from a young age, as was Samus. And Samus has superior shield technology. There's a reason she hasn't been sliced in half yet by some of the enemies she's fought. So long as Samus' suit has energy, you're not getting through to hurt her no matter what angle you hit her from, and she has a LOT of energy at full power. She's practically invulnerable. Again, she could literally take a Spartan laser to the face multiple times before her suit would be compromised.

Now zero-suit Samus, that I could see ending in victory for MC. It would mostly be decided on how powerful her plasma whip really is, but most likely MC in his suit would have enough of an advantage from his shield alone. Power suit Samus would crush him, because Master Chief is less than a century ahead of us in tech while Samus is at the outer reaches of what is theoretically possible and is millenia ahead of us.

This isn't really a fight. Master Chief is a genetically enhanced human by human tech. Samus Aran is a genetically enhanced human by ancient alien technology by a nigh-godlike race of birdpeople who once controlled the universe + she's not Metroid enchanced, so she can absorb energy shield and weapons.

Actually when you think about it, the Chozo and the Forerunners are very similar but Chief isn't enhanced in the same way, nor was he raised on a planet with 900+G gravity. Also I doubt Mjolnir can even hold a candle to the full-specced Varia Suit or any of the other high-end suits.

There's also the fact that Chief is limited to bullets... Samus can use the Annihilator Beam.

Yeah, people probably think cheif can only shoot a gun, but if you read the books/comics and anime/movies then you know Chief is a true badass. 

Thing is, in a fist fight, Samus would be orders of magnitude stronger than Chief because she was raised on a planet with 900G gravity. For reference, the sun is 25G. Her punches would carry the force of high speed freight trains.

And no. This is how you'd make it unbalanced. Samus' has her Phazon suit. It then can corrupt the functions of MC suit, auto win. MC has Armor Lock. She can't do nothing tell he ends it. Then it's EMP blast shuts her suit down. To make it fair. Chief must use the Mark 5 Halo armor. And Samus must use her default Varia Suit.

Thing is Samus doesn't have a suit that's on par with anything Master Chief has. Her weakest power suit is still eons ahead of anything Master Chief has.

Hyrule Warriors tops it.

OT: I'd say that depends entirely on what weapons he'd have access to and how they (most notably the Plasma Pistol) affect her armor and/or health. In terms of movement, they are pretty much on equal footing if he is given the right armour abilities.

Your right she's not Wonder Woman. IMO in her final game suit she's stronger. If you played any of her games (especially Super Metroid), she is clearly one of the most broken characters in Video game history.

This should be a concept of a game!! Samus is onboard an Ancient Chozo planet ran by Master Chief's armies and himself. She'd probably take care of the army with hit and run techniques like she does in all her games and leaving Master Chief as the final boss. Only he won't be much of a Final Boss...

I played all the games. I still do not buy it that she can kill all the ships and alies of the MC, if they all attacked at once. She isn't involunrable. Her suit fails her every freaking time at a start of a game. Which them leaves you going: Why doesn't other races do that? And then were back to square one. The fight is impossible because of all the bs each characters circimstances are in.

Again, if you want it to be "fair," you should put Samus in the Zero Suit. And handicap her in some way. Her body is a biological weapon. Master Chief vs Samus is like Captain America vs Thor. Cap and Chief are supersoldiers, sure, but they are still human. Samus and Thor are not human. Letting Samus wear the Varia Suit would be like giving Thor an Iron Man suit.
