You know Ratchet could use this in combination with the Rift Inducer. It worked even against main bosses in the game. Heck, he can even use any of the R.Y.N.O.s or the Zodiac.

I think it bombed because cel-shaded graphics don't suit PSASBR cast. A more realistic tone would have helped a lot more, as would having a much larger roster.
