Yet you guys still don't prove that those 4 characters belong. I say you all fail for saying I fail without supporting this claim by opposing my statement.

The arcade games don't count. You wanna know why? 'Cuz they suck. I played both of them. The controls for jumping and drifting were bullshit, and the items SUCKED. Each character got their own lame item. I don't even remember what they were they were so bad. It was like... shoot a ball of energy! kind of crap. The only redeeming thing about the game is the camera that takes your photo and puts it on your character on the radar and whatnot. So you could make A TOTALLY WACKY FACE for ultimate lulz, which I did every time.

Namco went buckwild with those games. I recommend trying them once or twice if you find them, but then moving on with your life.



Diddy Kong is the "spiritual successor" to Donkey Kong Jr. Mario fought Donkey Kong in Donkey Kong, and then he fought Donkey Kong Jr. (and lost) in Donkey Kong Jr. Some say that Donkey Kong became Cranky Kong and that Donkey Kong Jr. became today's "king of swing" DK, and Diddy Kong is basically the new Donkey Kong Jr. I say it works.



Concerning R.O.B.: Nintendo has been trying to give R.O.B. the big comeback he deserves for a long time. One of the stages in F-Zero GX had you racing around a gigantic kickass R.O.B., and then R.O.B. was in MKDS, and now R.O.B.'s in Brawl. He's back and he's back big time, and there ain't no complaining. This is R.O.B. people, he's a ROBOTIC OPERATING BUDDY. You can't mess with that. He belongs in every game ever.



If Samus was in Mario Kart, then Link would have to be in Mario Kart, since they both had their cameos in SMRPG, if that's what you're going by. But once you've opened the doors to those 2 universes, we'd need a Zelda and a Ganondorf. This isn't Mario Kart Melee here!

Alright let me say this as clear as possible.

You guys said that only mario characters could be in a mario kart game.

So I asked why diddy kong and donkey kong were in the game.

You guys proved donkey kong counts but never proved that diddy kong counts.

Then I asked why samus couldn't be in a mario kart game because she was in smrpg.

You guys said she was a cameo.

But then I found out that there is also a cameo. R.O.B

Then you guys didn't prove rob to count.

Then there are two other characters that don't relate to mario at all MS. Pacman and Mametchi.

That means there are 4 exceptions to the rule that only mario characters could be in the game.

So that makes the statemen " Only Characters that appear in the mario universe are allowed in mario kart"wrong.

So if you anaylize my response you should see that my logic isn't flawed to believe that there could be exceptions.

Also when did nintendo ever say that only mario characters could be in the game. You just assume since the majority is mario characters that those are the rules.

I think this thread should end because I got my point across even though some people don't see it the way I do.

 


What the hell are you talking about? What game is pacman in? He was in RR7, so I guess that counts? Diddy Kong is related to Donkey Kong. Seriously, get a clue. That kind of stretch isn't hard to make. Square developed SM RPG, so whatever you are referencing there just stop.

It doesn't matter if the game sucks its still qualified as a mario kart game that nintendo made but also had another developer. ( namco)
Where did you get diddy kong as a spiritual successor from? Is that your own opinion?
R.O.B still didn't appear in the game.
