How can this be 'sense' when even Revelations on PS3, with 10 times more the amount of units sold compared to Vita, didn't even manage to outsell the 3DS version? The 3DS version even outsold PS3+360 combined.

Because it was already old by that point so it didn't garner the same attention, the weaker reviews probs didn't help either. Lastly I'm sure much of the core fanbase already played it on the 3DS.

Same way I'm sure Liberation on PSVita outsold the home console versions

Hardware wise the vita seemed a better fit for revelations back in 2012 with the dual anologue sticks, superior power and 16:9 screen.
