If it comes to Vita, I'm happy af. I'd get it on Vita rather than PS4.

Of course, all of these are moving units too. Launching PS4 and X1 with CoD or Fifa only on PS360 would be a disaster.

That's like saying Halo is insigniicant because CoD is bigger.
Anyhow, Sony has already given up on the Vita. No point in debating how to save it.

If you compare Halo with Call of duty sale across all platforms then yes it's insignificant but compared to Gran Turismo it's a little bit similar and compared to Alan wake Halo is really big
3rd party was always the reason why Playstation was doing well at least Sony support it a bit 3rd party never support it
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
If this really happens, I'm sure it'll come out for the 3DS after a year. Much like RE4 came out for the Gamecube first and then for the PS2 a year later.

The technical gap between 3DS and Vita is vastly bigger than between PS2 and GCN. It would not be anywhere near the same game.
That said, I still don't see RE:R2 coming out on Vita and will be amazed if it turns out to be true.
