VGC console ratio PS4:XB1 1.5:1

Destiny ratio PS4:XB1 1.27:1

Along with the recent information on total software and the resultant tie ratio's, means that either ONE owners buy far more software or the ONE is undertracked. Probably the former, for now.

Or C) PS4 owners buy more games digitally!

Highly unlikely.

OT.  Alos, dont forget that this counts bundles for Destiny too.

Digital library isn't comparable between the two. There are more digital games on the PS4. So it's "highly likely" that digital sales are higher for games that don't exist on the One in the first place. And it's highly likely that PS4 sell more multiplatform games digitally because you can start playing your games once enough is downloaded to play the first stages of any game.

Well Xbox One did have digital pre-loading for Destiny at least a week earlier than the PS4 version so idk it might be pretty much even on digital tie ratio. I wouldn't know who sold more for Destiny. But yes, PS4 has more digital games.

we know digital downloads form watch dogs

both ~10% but xbone more to 11% and ps4 to 9% (form the ubisoft investors call)

and that game was bigger on ps4 in comparison to xb1

so if one  got a higher digital attachrate, i suspect it would be the "always one only digital" one :D

lol, the only version with free online is the one that sells the least. No wonder Sony didn't bother keeping it free

Destiny did incredible on the PS4/XB1.
imo, the PS4 version will have better legs than the others, just like Watch Dogs (still in the top 10).

Does Destiny sales include the free game with a new XOne?

If not its quite surprising. I´ve seem that 80% of my friends are playing Destiny, but couldn´t tell if that was a WW effect.

It is very interesting that 360 owners are still buying whilst PS3 owners aren't. This clearly indicates that more PS3 owners have jumped to next gen sooner

Talk about anedoctal evidence, specially because the PS3 has a much smaller base on the UK compared to the 360. We could use MGS V: GZ numbers and that would point the opposite just as Watch Dogs numbers would do the same in a lesser scale.

Shh, let him dream

Anyway, back to previous points. There are 9.7M xboxes in UK vs 7M Playstations

the 50:50 ratio is good for PS and we don't even know HW numbers yet for this week
