We all know that the 399 and under bundles with games included will make this cod sku at 500 a hard sell

Wow. Now that is a prediction worth discussing.
On one hand, it will be damn near impossible to beat Xbox One COD AW+ bundle.
On the other hand, the PS4 has almost a 1 million unit lead. So a simple brute force attack may suffice.
Xbox One has advertising advantage. And it also has the advantage of leading Ghosts.
We will probably have a better indication after September. If the PS4 builds up a strong enough lead, it can withstand all this though. I really can conclusively say either way. WW PS4 takes it easily on virtue of 2:1 console margin.
Madden isn't tie in with Xbox, even back in PS360 era, madden PS3 ver sold pretty close to 360 ver.
I think the PS4 version will come out ahead. WW is a no brainer, given the 5M+ gap. In the US is may be close. Of course, given the XBO bundle is $499, I doubt it will push much HW and SW. Especially when gamers can get a PS4 w/ COD for $40 cheaper, which comes with all the benefits of owning a PS4 (more powerful HW, better performing multiplats if they aren't reaching for parity, and Sony's excellent 1st party support.)

Agreed. COD isn't looked on as an exclusive anymore. The PS4 version was tied/slightly ahead for a while, until the XB1 version got heavily discounted to around half or less the PS4 version's price, which puts it solidly into impulse buy territory for people who hesitate to pay full $60 for COD.
If this one comes with another notable gap in performance/resolution, then it's definitely a done deal. Even if it came out at full parity, I would expect somewhere around 50/50 at best for XB1 version vs PS4, and that's IF they marketed the hell out of it AND did cheaper bundle deals.
After September NPDs drop, I sort of doubt they will stick to $499 for that bundle, and even $399 sounds iffy for the DisKinect.
