Look at the YTD numbers. The new consoles are well behind.

In units but not revenue. Old console owners have more old and cheap games to buy

Madden? Did it release yet in the UK (August)?

I have a feeling the PS4 version of FIFA might sell the most, or at least very close to the 360 version (UK) and probably more than the PS3 version (UK). Worldwide I expect the PS3 and PS4 versions to be quite close, with the PS3 version maybe leading by a minimal amount

We all know what "No games" actually means, doesnt actually mean their are no games present on the console. And yes their are wii u games worth getting, but it's a travesty that mario kart 8 has been the only one released since feb.

No I don't think we all know that. The people are buying lots of games so clearly there are plenty of games to buy.

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

No I don't think we all know that. The people are buying lots of games so clearly there are plenty of games to buy. 

"No games" means that there are lots of last gen ports and multi gen releases, meaning that an upgrade isn't necessary to play these games. Although its obvious that plenty of people are willing to upgrade, and thats fine.

The way I view it, the last game I bought that I couldn't play on a machine that I already owned was infamous back in march, so I can see why some people don't think the consoles have a reason to justify their purchase.
