Well several games that were on PS4 have been ported to X1 late.

I'm starting to question if the parity clause is even enforced.


Studios that signed a deal with Sony before ID@Xbox began (last year) are not effected by the parity clause. That is why Contrast and soon Warframe is coming to xbox.

The highest selling indie game charted on the Wii U has outsold the highest selling indie game charted on the PS4.

Most indie titles are digital-only anyway, but from many of their reports, they seem to sell very well on Nintendo consoles. Shovel Knight is proof of that.
