Well several games that were on PS4 have been ported to X1 late.

I'm starting to question if the parity clause is even enforced.

Studios that signed a deal with Sony before ID@Xbox began (last year) are not effected by the parity clause. That is why Contrast and soon Warframe is coming to xbox.
