An insider said that Minecraft will still come to PS4 even after Microsoft buts them.

Microsoft hasn't bought them yet, but if they do, Microsoft can always stop production of the games, take them down from different networks, and order a recall if they purchase them. If someone owns the game whether it's physical or digital, Micrsoft can't do anything about it. It'll stay in their purchase history for download. The only thing these other companies can't do is sell any new copies.

I wouldn't care if Microsoft purchased Minecraft. I don't see the reason everyone loves it so much.

Tomb Raider is just a timed exclusive, but Minecraft surely would not be available any longer on non-MS platforms.

In my opinion, Minecraft is just boring and lame and the controls and UI are horrible. But many casual players seem to like it, so it could help to bring the casual audience closer to buying an X1. Microsoft would be stupid if they still supported Playstation consoles with this highly mass market compatible game.
