Forums - Gaming - 8 hour Nintendo Treehouse Twitch stream incoming Sep 12

The treehouse videos from E3 are about 30 minutes long each. Does this mean 16 different presentations (does not necessarily mean 16 different games)?

That sounds right. Basically a recap from most stuff from E3 that's on deck for now into early next year.

They'll probably give extra special attention to some indie game too.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

This is great news. You gotta believe they'll show new levels of Captain Toad. Also, wouldn't this be a great time for Nintendo to officially announce a Smash Wii U release date? Just saying, the holiday season is reaaaally close now. We need a date!!!

I don't think they'll confirm a date at this. These are basically developers and testers coming out and saying, "Here's the game and how its played". I think they want to keep the format that way for future livestreams.

The guys from IGN said that Nintendo showed 2 new levels at PAX, so they might just show them now.
My guess is that they will show new stuff from the E3 games... maybe even Zelda!?

A surprise or two could be great too! :)

Two levels from smash wii u or other game?

Oh, so sorry. I meant to say 2 new levels of Captain Toad.

With the game releasing this Holiday in the US, they will probably show them during the stream.

Hopefully more of the MK8 dlc is revealed! 3DS Daisy Hills and Dolphin Dasher please!

Doubt they'd show Zelda as the emphasis is on "upcoming" games.

As for surprises, I anticipate something like SNES Remix along with a new indie

Daisy hills, wario shipyard... Aaaaand... Hmmmm... Dnt know what else i would want... Snes and gba stages worked really well for wii u, fast paced and unpredictable turns and level designs..

hoping for new DK level, and some really creative output... I dknt believe the cups are nitro and reto.. But that the retro cups are mixture of 2 retro and 2 new.. Making 12 new courses, 4 retro ones.

i really doubt new footage will be shown, considering how little we saw during E3, but it`s still an upcoming game for 2015.

SNES remix would be wonderful!
I think they will probably focus more in Indie then they did at E3. I feel like they started well with the Indie games but then just went on with their games and Indies, either weren`t there to show the game or Nintendo ignored them a bit.
But i didn`t watch the whole stream, so i could be wrong.

Could be there. But I have a feeling there's a Hyrule Field course in the works :)

Hopefully there is at least some Xenoblade X. I'm dying to hear more about the game.
