Yes and yes. Granted there will be some who like the other guys exclusives more, which, of course, is perfectly fine. But, for the majority of gamers, they are voting "yes" with their wallets.

Actually, I do. If by "mature" you mean "M-rated" (An often inaccurate label as M-rated games are often very immature, but that's another story) then Bioshock, Bioshock Infinite, Dead Space, Fatal Frame 4, and Bayonetta were some of my favourite games of last gen, and my favourite game of all time is Resident Evil 4.

Best library? Not a chance.

Will it eventually? Most likely due to the sheer number of devs on it.
But right now in my opinion the PS4 has the worst library compared to the other two.

Better hardware, better policies, better OS and more/better games.

Which library is better is a matter of taste in this case.
