I know you've said it several times. Chill out and just listen to me. I'm trying to theorize.

If a ghost can uncloak, that's fine, but it also means that the roles that are in place on both factions are completely useless.

So here's the options:
Town has only a single doctor, and a half bodyguard as the entirety of its power roles.
or
Wright isn't the ghost.

It's always forgotten that there are two town factions. I have a ton of power, but town refuses to acknowledge it. Even after I'll have saved you all from the nuke, you will still refuse to help me achieve my win condition. The fact that I detected Wright was part of my abilities. A fluke no doubt, but I detected him. The best way then to kill the ghost is to lynch him, since night attacks may be warded off by a cloaking ability.

You have the slap ability, are you sure that with this ability you are not able to uncloak a unit for a night?

I didn't say I was not unable. I said I DO disable cloak.

What is your win condition anyway?

Oh, and not only would being able to unclock render the town power roles useless, but it would also create false negatives, which would be extremely unfair given the number of days we were alotted.

"Dont bother coming back if youre not interested in putting in the work."

Why do you think I said yesterday that going back and doing rereads is futile? It's because I've already done the work. Many many times over. There is nothing in the entire thread that will definietly pin the nuke. There's nothing in your 'read' either. But by all means, everyone, go through it all. As many times as you'd like. Maybe you

ll come up with something that will hold up a little better to even the most rudamentery counterpoints than what prof has found. Here's a hint to you all though: it's impossible to find proof that I am the nuke in this thread, because I am not and I've plaid the entire game as straight as I can.

You're very careful to use the same words. That doesn't mean that reading through is pointless. You've read through the thread many times over, but hey, how about this point on Radish:
Scum claimed to have a detection and scanned radish and came up with a hazy reading.

Shouldn't that be a clue that Radish is the nuke? I mean, since you've read it so many times, that should've jumped out to you don't you think? Especially when you admitted yourself that the choice is logically between you and he. Instead, I don't even see a case presented against him. Is Radish as an option really that futile? Instead I think you're more comfortable just arguing against me. Fine.

Here's a question.
Why would a townie hand the game over to a third party player to decide, and why would a town player who knows the option is only between himself and Radish, urge that padib is a resource when evidence such as the above should've been part of your immediate case against radish.

Oh yeah! How could I have missed that! That's so obvious. The hazy scan is obviously because of the cloaking device. Brilliant! Just like the same scum scanned you as zerg. I wonder indeed why I didn't build a case around that?

And this is not the first time you are hinting that I want to hand the game over to padib, I wanted to hear what he had to say before determening that we were indeed down to just two possible candidates. I personally still think there is 5 possible, 3 reasonable and 2 most likely options. If I was sure it was just down to me and radish and I could trust town to pull off a successful night kill I'd be dead a long time ago.

If you don't care to play, then don't post. Contribute as town or don't. Stop arguing with me. I'm trying. You're just being condescending and unnecessarily combative.
Really, it comes off as flailing. If you don't think so, then prove me wrong, because you're not helping your case by arguing with me that there are no options.

You want to kill radish then convince padib to do so. Padib won't listen to me. He considers me one of the worst players here. I want him to go after radish tonight, but he's not listening.

If you don't care to be lynched, why are you making such a big deal of refuting my case against you.
Sure, it's not a great case. Granted.
But if you were resigned to just solving this and figuring out who the real nuker is, I honestly don't get the point of arguing with me.

Just an observation.

why are you guys arguing over the results of Ryan's fake claim? they are useless and meaningless. He said prof was zerg remember?

I wish this day would end or waffles would rain from the sky while we wait. Then I could at least stuff my face while waiting for a potential fiery demise.

We're not arguing over ryan's claim. The point is, Imp turned to padib's info because he believed that town was in the wrong direction with khan, radish, and imp. He said re-reading over and over isn't going to prove anything conclusively, so there's no point reading it again. So we should turn to Padib for any information available given that there is no case on anyone else.

That's his side.

I think impertinence wants to listen to padib because padib has already once misinterpreted findings, and has the propensity to do so again. I think he believes he has a better chance to cause a  mislynch on Padib's mistaken information, than to create any case against the claimed stim and shield.

I am taking personal issue with asking Padib to provide information because Padib will survive a nuke and thus, it is in Padib's best interest to create false information to help the nuker stay alive. So naturally, I would suspect anyone who appears to desire damnable evidence from Pads.

Imp says that he is turning to Pads because he has read the thread and there is no real case against Radish. Do you get what I'm trying to say here? Why would you say there is no case against Radish when the hazy scan at least deserves a second look. It hasn't even been mentioned once. *shrugs* I dunno. Maybe I am the one who is illogical, but to me, this series of events just doesn't really add up to me.

Agreed. Sounds like a nice death.

/sarcasm

Imp your not helping!!!! Prof, your fueling the fire!!!!

There is a case to be made that the protoss do have actual scans.
The question though is whether 'hazy' was simply meant to push suspicion or whether it was truth.

I mean, I haven't seen any analysis on this at all. No checking back to see if they actually pushed suspicion on radish day 2, no posts, no followup questions, no pinging the audience for a potential mafia confirmation, nothing.
It's just thrown in the garbage, like a waste of time. That just doesn't come off as town play.

I feel like that should be ringing alarms to someone who thinks himself guaranteed town.
I would think that of the two possible choices, the one who knows he is town would look at that hazy read, KNOW it meant ghost, and try to use that evidence to find confirmation.

Like, if I were in imp's shoes (and were town), I would KNOW that radish was the ghost, and the hazy scan (despite coming from mafia) would confirm it to me. I would probably try to create a scenario in which mafia felt comfortable in confirming the scan somehow. I certainly would not be asking the zerg what we should do.
That's just what I would do, maybe I'm wrong for thinking that because he's doing the opposite, he's scum. But well, you get my point.
