I saw a pyramid of of pros(about 20) and 5 elites. in my best buy today.

Yeah the shortages are over from what I can tell.

Both pro and Elite have been in stock everywhere online for a few days now.

Too making music, store pickup has been unavailable on pro and elite for a while, I dont think it says much. A couple weeks ago pro and elite were both unavailable to even order from bestbuy.com, but now they are in stock as your links show, things have changed.

The situation is still fluid but there has been a lot of improvement recently. But as you say, gamestop brick and mortar seems about 50%have no pro's. Worse than it was a few days ago but much better than two weeks ago so ah, I dunno. Overall the shortage is much less though, assuming they can keep it up.

its just an excuse for poor sales. i mean they cant even ship within there own country. 

 You are far from the only one but it seems many on here actually believe MS which i find amusing.  My feelings toward 360 aside MS has always been full of crap about their other products so i would not be surprised about this being BS as well.

One of the moderators on this forum works in retail and openly stated that the shortage was not a hoax.

But, go ahead and believe whatever you like. I'm sure your anedoctal evidence is far more convincing than the loads of threads I have found on various forums from people who couldn't find a 360 in January and early February.
