Timed exclusive, or exclusive period?

Expansions and the like are pretty damn important to keep the player base around in an MMO type game so it would be kinda detrimental for Bungie/Activision to put some "huge" DLC out for one platform and shaft the others

The expnsions release at the same time, but some content is locked away on the xbox version for a while.  However, the vast majority of the content is available at the same time.

The Dark Below December

Den of Wolves March

Huge exclusive and extensive DLC for Sony. Big big stuff including more multi player maps. Sony went all out

I thought they already revealed the exclusive content for sony.  It was a couple mp maps, a strike mission, and a bunch of gear.  Has that changed?

That was for the game itself. Destinys expansions will also have further exclusive Sony DLC

Uhmmm no

Since when?

Bungie has been quite clear on strikes and raids being totally different things.

Some pidly cosmetic stuff will be timed exclusive to Sony platforms for each expansion for 1 year, but all Destiny platforms will be getting the same actual DLC content that people pay for. The same as it is for the full retail game.

Thats PR speak they are both raids just different player count / difficulty but play very similar

This is false.

Thank god for that, the base game was getting boring.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Raids wont have matchmaking like strikes though... Much harder, better loot.  More of an end game activity vs strikes.
